Group Ketamine Therapy (KAP) | Psychedelic Healing in NYC

Healing in connection

with yourself and with others.

There is something profoundly healing about being witnessed. Being seen in your vulnerability. Knowing you are not alone in your struggles, your questions, your longings.

Group Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines the potential of expanded states of consciousness with the power of community.

The medicine takes you deep—community brings you back.

Group KAP isn’t just about accessing altered states—it’s about being held while you do.

In a small, thoughtfully held group, you’ll prepare for, experience, and integrate ketamine journeys alongside others—guided by experienced, trauma-informed therapists. At Somatic Psychotherapy, our approach is rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, relational safety, and deep respect for each person’s unique path.

In a world where so many of us feel isolated and unseen, Group KAP offers a supportive and affordable way to experience healing together — to see and be seen, and to remember that we are never truly alone.

Group KAP

What Makes

Group KAP offers a profoundly rich environment for healing because it brings together:

Unique

Expanded states of consciousness: Accessing deep emotional material, new insights, and altered perspective

Relational witnessing: Being seen and supported by others walking a similar path

Structured preparation and integration: Ensuring safety, trust, and embodied meaning-making throughout the process

Somatic support: Helping you stay connected to your body during and after expanded states
You do not have to navigate psychedelic experiences alone.

You can move through them in relationship, with the compassionate support of both facilitators and peers.

You feel isolated and crave connection in your healing work

how group KAP can help

While each participant's journey is individual, the collective field often amplifies healing, reminding us that we are not—and have never been—alone.

What to Expect in

Group KAP

Our group model includes three core phases:

How is Group KAP different from individual KAP?

In Group KAP, the ketamine journey is personal, but preparation and integration happen within a group container. This allows for relational healing, shared insight, and deep emotional resonance.

Will I be expected to share personal details with the group?

Do I need prior experience with psychedelics or ketamine to join?
